Blogmas Day 8 | Christmas Home Decor "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" ♫

This is possibly the post I was looking forward to writing the most out of all the Blogmas posts so far! I literally could not wait to start decorating our new house for Christmas this year, so naturally I went a little overboard with all the decorations, and I've literally decorated every part/room that I can! But, it looks amazing (even if I do say so myself) so I'm happy I spent the money getting some nice decorations. Although, it really didn't cost me that much compared to what some people spend on Christmas decorations... Here's a little insight into our festive home! I hope you like it, I'll try to include as many product links as possible...
I got our Christmas Tree from Wilko's and it was half price from £80 reduced to £40! I love it, it's exactly the kind of tree that I wanted, its so thick and bushy, and its 7ft, which is a little tall, but it makes it look even better, although I did struggle to reach and put the star on the top haha.
Our sequin tree topper star and these cute glittered bird decorations were both from Tesco, the star was £2.45 and the birds were £3 for the pair, so pretty!
All out baubles and tree decorations are from B&M Bargains. The purple glitter stars were four for £1.99, the teal baubles were in a variety pack and were 6 for £1.99, and the wooden heart shaped reindeer decorations were 3 for 99p.. I also picked up a couple of the tinsel pieces from here at 99p for 2metres! The light ice blue pearly "Snow" baubles were also 6 for £1.99
Our house has a gorgeous feature fireplace, so I definitely wanted to accessorize this! But because we are in a rental property we are limited to what we can actually do with the decor, so we couldn't stick pins in the fireplace to hold things on i.e stockings etc. So I bought this Snow frosted Christmas Garland with pine cones from B&M for £12.99 which I thought was a bargain for the quality of it! Next up, I got the blue ribbed glass bottle for £1.49, the glitter reindeer were reduced to £2.99 for the pair, and the set of 3 blue snowflake candles were £1.99. Finally, those adorable owl Christmas  tree decorations were £1 each from Poundland! I was originally going to hang them on the tree but I wanted them to stand out so used them on the fireplace instead!
I picked up this beautiful Large Mercury Tea Light Holder in Blue from B&M which was a bargainous £2.99, I've put this as a centrepiece on our coffee table with a large pillar candle inside. The reason I bought this was because I'd seen these ones in Tesco but thought they were a little expensive, so I couldn't resist this cheaper and better one when I saw it!
I definitely wanted a wreath this Christmas, so I picked up this rather simple, but very pretty gold glitter and pine cone one from Tesco and it was only £5!
I got this cute gold potted real mini Christmas tree from Tesco too, and this was £3, it was too cute to pass up!
This cute felt reindeer decoration was 79p from Home Bargains.
I got this Twig and Berry Star Christmas Decoration from Poundland! I think I might actually hang this on our front door!
Finally, our bedroom! After seeing so many people posting about the Fairisle Primark Bedding Set, I knew I had to get my hands on it quick! Luckily I managed to snatch the last double off the shelves when I visited Primark, and this was £16, I absolutely love it, not only does it look great with the navy blue and deep red patterning (its also reversible - I've put the pillow cases the other way round for you to see both patterns) it's also super comfy because its made from flannel material!
I picked up this gold glittered Poinsettia plant from Tesco for £2!! Look how beautiful it is, and I decided it would look really nice on our bedside table placed on top of...
This super cute, kitsch polkadot Christmas plate which was just 99p from Home Bargains!
This Christmas tree candle holder lantern was from B&M, and was reduced to only 99p, me and my sister both picked one up because we love our candles!!
These patchwork hearts were just 79p each from Home Bargains, and I got two, one to hang on each bed frame post.
I had no idea where I was going to put this traditional Christmas kissing ball, but it was reduced to only 50p in B&M, so I just popped it in the basket, I've put it on the bedside table.
This adorable Christmas bird banner was only £1.49 from Home Bargains, the hearts and birds are made out of felt material, and it looks really cute hung along our mirrors in the bedroom(which I hate but can't remove because they are stuck to the wall)
Finally, I picked up this cute heart shaped berry wreath with checkered hanger from Primark, it was only £2.50. I was originally going to hang this on the mirror above the bed, but then found the banner, so its now hung on our wardrobe door!

I really hope you have enjoyed taking a sneaky peek into our home, and let me know what you think of the Christmas decorations in our first home! :)
