Blogmas Day 4 | Christmas Home Decor & Decorations Wishlist!

Blogmas, #bigblogmasproject2014, christmas home decor and decorations wishlist

If there's one thing I'm super happy about this year its the fact that I get to decorate my first house for the festive period! I have always loved Christmas decorations, and I loved putting up the Christmas tree at home and how cosy and lovely everything feels around this time of year - so this year I'm very happy to be doing this in my own place :)

Although we have already bought our first Christmas tree and decorations etc I thought it would be a nice idea to share with you all a little Christmas home decor/decorations wishlist...

Marks & Spencer Silver Spruce Christmas Garland

There's nothing more Christmassy than a big traditional fireplace with wood burner and a pretty christmassy garland draped over the top, this gorgeous garland from Marks and spencer has a pretty snowy/frosty feel to it.

Tesco Frosted Christmas Wreath with Pine Cones

I would love to make my own Christmas wreath, but because I just don't have the time, or the patience for that matter. I've decided to buy one from Tesco. Although we have already bought a different one in store for just £5, I really like the look of this particular one because like the garland above it has a winter-y and snowy feel to it!

"First Christmas In Our New Home" Personalised Christmas Bauble

I already mentioned that this is the first year that me and my Fiance will be spending Christmas in our own home together, so I thought it would be really nice to get a commemorative/personalised Christmas bauble, and then we can get something new each year for the tree to add to it!

The Range LED Snowy Twig Tree

Although we've already bought the generic green artificial christmas tree, I would also really like one of these more modern looking Twig trees, especially one that has built in lights, I think they look super pretty, especially when they have baubles hung on them, and these would make a great decoration for small spaces/homes too!

Yankee Candle Sugar Plum Village Tree Tea Light Holder

Isn't this just totally adorable?!! Like literally I think I just fell in love with a candle holder haha! Seriously though I really like this Christmas tea light holder and I think it would be really lovely to grab a couple of nice Christmas/winter scented candles to burn in this!

Lily Flame It's Christmas Scented Candle

I've seen these candles a few times before but I really like the look of them, It would be nice to relax with a nice scented candle burning away whilst you're watching your fave Christmas films!

Primark FairIsle Christmas Bedding Set

I've actually already bought this bed set but I couldn't help share it with you all in this post because I love it so much! It's an absolute bargain at just £16 (Double) and there are a range of throws and cushions to match too, but hurry because these will sell out fast like they have done in previous years!

Very Luxury Knitted Christmas Throw

After buying a new Chrismas bedding set I think its only natural to buy a lovely throw to snuggle up under during these cold winter nights/mornings, and this one from Very is literally Christmas in a blanket! I love the pattern - so cute!

Not On The Highstreet Light Up Willow Reindeer Decoration

I love light up decorations, but I hate the tacky plastic ones, so this willow light up reindeer is a great alternative, it would look super cute in our porch to greet any visitors we may have over Christmas!!

Christmas/Winter Cushions from George Home

Finally, to add a bit of Christmas to the lounge I thought we could get some pretty new cushions, I would really like some knitted cushions because they look really comfy and cosy, but I think we could add a bit of sparkle with the "Jingle" cushion, and a bit of cuteness with the squirrel cushion from George Home! Not to mention - they have tonnes of other beautiful Christmas products for the home too!!

So, that's how I'd like to make our home feel more Christmas-sy, how would you/have you decorate/d yours?
