I was tagged by Jade over at Pint Size Pixie blog to do The British Tag, normally I don't post tags, but I thought this one was quite different from the norm, and I'm proud to be british, so why not spend 10 minutes of my time writing up this post! Enjoy...
How many cups of tea do you have a day & how many sugars?
I would estimate that I usually drink around 5 or more cups of tea a day - 1 on a morning before work, three whilst I'm at work, and then another one before bed! I take two sugars in my tea ;)
Favourite part of your roast?
Yorkie puds for sure! Closely followed by apple sauce with a Pork dinner! I could literally eat jars of the stuff! Mmmm.
Favourite dunking biscuit?
I love Hobnobs, and they have pretty good tea dunking qualities too, they taste even better all soggy and covered in tea :)
Favourite quintessentially British pastime?
I like moaning about stuff, apparently that's a pretty British thing to do!? I also love bargain hunting, whether it be a car boot sale, charity shops or even just trying to get free delivery or a 10% off, using voucher websites such as VoucherBin. I always check voucher sites before ordering online, cos' who doesn't love a bargain?!
I have absolutely no idea, with so many words to choose from its hard to pick a fave...
Cockney rhyme slang?
I had to actually Google search Cockney Rhyming Slang, but I came across "Dog and Bone" for Phone, which I actually know of, but didn't know it was classed as rhyming slang, I'm useless lol!
Haribo's Starmix! "Kids and grown ups love it so, the happy world of Haribo"
What would your pub be called?
I loved the idea when they opened up a cat Cafe, and would love to do the same with a pub! Maybe I'd call it "Cats & Casks" like Cask's of Beer... you get my drift?
Number 1 British person?
I don't think you can get any more British than the Royal Family, and I absolutely adore Kate Middleton's fashion style, and just her general appearance. She is truly an inspiration for British women!
Favourite shop - Primark for clothing.
Restaurant - would probably be Pizza Hut, because I'm easily pleased, and a cheap skate.
What British song pops into your head?
Well the National Anthem of course... you can't get more British than that! Although I guess its probably not really classed as a song...
Marmite. They say you either love it or hate it, and I certainly hate it, its disgusting!
I hope you enjoyed this tag, I would like to tag:
