I was offered the chance to review a custom case from Wrappz recently, and I decided that my iPad needed a bit of love, so chose the Personalised Faux Leather Swivel iPad Case* I've seen a lot of bloggers posting about custom cases lately, all with lovely photo collages on their designs, but I thought I'd do something a little different. I chose to do a "blog themed" case as that's what my iPad is mainly used for. So I used my blog icon, and filled it with pretty little images which fit around the theme of my blog, and also a couple of cute cats and owls which I love too!  The case fits my iPad very well, and allows full functionality for all the buttons etc as well as being sturdy and secure. It has velcro sections on the bottom and side of the ipad sitting section, so that you can swivel round to allow it to stand upright or on its side - I think this is a great idea if you're watching videos etc so you don't have to keep holding your iPad. The only thing I wish I could have changed was the colour of the black leather sections, I'd have probably chose a pastel pink/blue, but other than this I'm super happy with my new case. The Wrappz website is really easy to use, and you can upload as many pictures/photographs as you need, and scale/crop them to the size you need as well as adding effects such as black & white or sepia. My design arrived exactly as was shown to me on the preview screen before ordering. I was really surprised at how clear and well the design turned out too! Not to mention, it arrived within just 2 days of ordering!

A personalised case would make a great gift idea - Father's Day is just around the corner! ;)

P.S if you're interested Wrappz have provided me with the code "freeskin" for you to get a free Personalised Phone Skin (worth £7.99) all you need to do is pay postage.

The Watch Gallery | Luxury Watches

the watch gallery, luxury watches at the watch gallery, ladies luxury watches

Just imagine how amazing it would feel to be wearing one of the above watches! Unfortunately for most of us, that's all we can do... imagine! But if money was no option, then I would absolutely love to own a luxury watch, as a watch is something that will never go out of fashion and can be passed down through generations! These watches are all available from The Watch Gallery, who are one of the largest online retailers for luxury watches in the UK. They have the finest range of luxury Swiss watches available both online and in-store and offer outstanding customer service to match their beautiful timepieces. Each watch comes in a branded box with full papers of authenticity and a minimum of a 2 year manufacturers warranty. There is also a simple money back guarantee (which you can read more about on the website) so you will have complete peace of mind when purchasing. The Watch Gallery also offer a range of payment plans which require just a 10% deposit and some offer 0% interest. I loved browsing through the watches, they are just stunning so I decided to pick a few of my favourite watches from the site to put together a small "wishlist".

Stainless Steel, set with 40 diamonds partly making up the inter-locking double G's, mother of pearl face, covered by Sapphire crystal glass. Secured with a deployment clasp. Water resistant up to 50 metres, 2 year international warranty.

Stainless steel case, black lacquered dial covered with sapphire crystal glass, diamond(0.43 carats) bezel, secured with a folding clasp, water resistant up to 30 metres, 2 year warranty.

I think the Chanel watch is my favourite, its so elegant and such a classic styled watch!
What watch would you love to own?

(All photos above have not had any styling or heat styling, it is my natural hair after drying naturally and brushing through, I'm sure it will all look 10 x better if I styled/curled them but wanted to show the raw result)

I've worn clip in hair extensions on and off for the past 5 years or so, and battled with the condition and length of my hair constantly along the way. Over the past year I've been looking after my hair a lot more than previous years, I decided to stop using my Ghd's unless totally necessary, I also kept blow drying to a minimum and have left my hair to dry naturally as often as I can. Along with the help of several conditioning and strengthening shampoos/conditioners/masks/serums and protection sprays my hair has finally started to grow and become a little more shiny and healthier again, which of course I am very happy with...

However, occasionally I still feel the need to have long, thick and glamorous locks - maybe if I'm going out somewhere nice for the day, or on a night out? This is where these beautiful HK Full Head Clip In Hair Extensions* from Dirty Looks come into play and I have a review on them for you today.

First impressions? I loved the funky lilac box and fun little leaflets and even a lollipop haha! The extensions themselves came in a sealed packet, there were two separate compartments, the smaller side contains one weft which you can use to check the colour match against your own hair, this allows you to send them back if the colour match isn't right. Dirty Looks do offer a Shade Matching Service, so I emailed photographs of my hair across to the Dirty Looks stylists team who then advised me that the best colour match for my hair would be the "Melted Chocolate" - and they were spot on, the colour match is probably the best I've ever had!

As I previously mentioned, my hair has already grown a fair bit, so its already reasonably long, bearing this in mind I chose the 20-22 inch length extensions, and they look great, not too long, but they add a fair few inches onto my natural length. The thing I love most about these extensions is that they look so natural! I've had extensions in the past that just aren't thick enough for my hair and they look "ratty" but these are perfect - you can see in the last photograph that they add fullness to the ends of my hair too, to make it look more even throughout the lengths.

The set includes 10 wefts, which includes the Dirty Looks' favourite, the Quad Weft to add extra thickness. Each weft is numbered, which matches up to the numbered/section diagram in the booklet enclosed to show you where is best to position each section in your hair! The extensions are made from Remy human hair so you can pretty much treat/style them as you do with your own hair! There are four different lengths/weights - 12-14" 150g | 16-18" 160g | 20-22" 180g | 24-26" 180g and have a range of 21 different colours so there is bound to be a match for you! Although buying extensions online can be difficult with all the options to choose from, you could always contact Dirty Looks with any queries you have and they would be happy to  help you out - they did a fantastic job with my colour matching, and were very polite, friendly and enthusiastic about the products throughout the whole process! Not to mention, because of the handy little test section, if you're not happy with them, you can return them for a full refund or exchange!

Overall I am so, so happy with my new hair extensions, they blend extremely well with my own hair, feel great to wear, are superior quality and overall just look great! The full head sets start from a very reasonable £69.99. I would highly recommend Dirty Looks if you're looking to try hair extensions for the first time, or even if you're just looking to purchase a new set.

I'm also really wanting to try the Wrap Around Ponytail Extensions and even give the Clip-In Bangs too now that I've got this colour match, as they both look like fantastic products which would be great to quickly and easily change your look daily!

A huge thank you to the Dirty Looks team! ♥

What do you think about hair extensions, and have you tried Dirty Looks before?

I love a bargain! I especially love a bargain when it's a dupe for a highly raved about product in the beauty world. Well, this P.S Love Your Nails - Instant Nail Polish Removal Twist Pot from Primark is a pretty good dupe for the Bourjois Magic 1 Second Nail Polish Remover, at a fraction of the price! All you need to do is dip each finger into the pot, twist a couple of times in the pre-soaked sponge, then your nail polish is gone! In the photographs above I was wearing 1 coat of OPI Nail Envy, 2 Coats of Barry M Nail Polish and 1 coat of Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat, and it was all removed in a couple of twists, just look how clean my nail came out too! For the record I've also tried this with glitter polishes and although it took a little longer and a couple more twists it works just as well! The great thing about this pot is that its fuss-free, great for travelling as there's no need for cotton wool or rinsing, and can be used over and over again, not to mention it doesn't have an overpowering chemical scent like a lot of other removers. Overall an amazing and handy product and definitely worth a shot at just £1.

Primark have really upped their game with their nail and beauty products lately, they have a great range of cosmetics, nails, skincare, haircare and application tools available, and all at very reasonable prices. I'm definitely looking to try some more from their P.S range soon! Have you tried anything from this range?

I honestly can't believe the support my little blog is getting recently, and you all leave such lovely comments. White Canvas Pumps | Primark
Denim Jacket | Primark

As it was lovely and summery at the weekend I thought I'd do a quick outfit post featuring this pretty Floral Print Swing Dress. You may have already guessed from my previous outfit posts that I am a huge fan of floral prints, and am constantly wearing things like this. It was super warm, so I didn't feel the need to wear leggings or anything with the dress, so now you've all got the joys of viewing my pasty, chunky white legs haha, sorry! I wanted to go for a casual look, so teamed the dress with a pair of simple white canvas pumps and my trusty denim jacket from Primark. The blue of the jacket contrasts well against the gorgeous bright hot pink floral print. The dress has a cute cross-over strap detail at the back(time to bring out the strapless bra girls!) It fits well where it should, i.e bust and waist, but "swings" towards the bottom of the dress, which I love as it makes it all the more summery - perfect for your holidays! :) Not to mention, the dress is currently in the sale for just £12.50! You can also get 15% off at Fashion Union by using the banner/button in my sidebar!

I hope you all had a brilliant weekend enjoying the sunshine! I'd love to read your blog posts if you've written one about what you got up to... leave links below! :)

Review & Giveaway | Bimuno IMMUNAID

health and lifestyle blog, uk lifestyle blogger, uk lifestyle blog, uk health blog, probiotics and prebiotics, bimuno prebiotics, bimuno immunaid review, prebiotics review,

Bimuno Prebiotics* | £9.99 (per pack)

I was recently offered the chance to try out Bimuno IMMUNAID - which come in the form of a soft, chewy pastille and help keep your immune system fit and healthy by working in harmony with your bodies own natural defences. Around 60% of your immune system is located in your gut, which is why a healthy balance of good bacteria is so important! There are many probiotics (Yakult drink is one that's well known) on the market, which actually "top up" the good bacteria, however IMMUNAID is a prebiotic, which instead helps to "feed" the existing good bacteria to help them thrive. Here you can find more information about probiotics and prebiotics. Each pack of IMMUNAID contains 30 chewy pastilles, and it advised that you take 2 pastilles each day with meals, as well as maintaining a healthy, balanced diet. Lack of sleep, not eating enough fruit/veg, lack of excercise, stress and smoking can all contribute to a weakened immune system, so try and improve as many of these aspects as possible to feel the optimal benefits from IMMUNAID. It appears this product is popular with celebrities and you can read some testimonials here.

I have also very kindly been provided with 1 pack to give away to my readers, if you'd like to enter, please enter using the Rafflecopter widget below!

Astral was first launched in 1950, and still follows the same main formula now as it did back then. The product does not advertise itself as some kind of miracle, its simple and understated, and after testing the product out for over a month now - I can tell you, it really does work, and it works well

Astral is described as an "all over moisturiser" meaning you can use it for both the face and body. It has an intensively moisturising formula, containing two main ingredients; Lanolin - a hypoallergenic, easily absorbed moisturiser which locked in moisture but still allows the skin to breathe and Glycerine - a natural moisturiser for smoother, younger looking skin.

Astral Original is especially good for re-hydrating dry skin areas such as your elbows and knees, and it also creates a protective barrier to lock in the moisture. The thick, luxuriously creamy texture is unfortunately a little thick for me to use on my face (the light & creamy version might be better) but works great on my body, I especially love how silky smooth it makes my legs feel! It doesn't take too much work or rubbing in to apply and is absorbed fairly quickly. It does have a slightly "soapy", fresh fragrance but nothing too overpowering.

The product is particularly aimed at people with mature skin, but I say you're never too young to start looking after your skins needs - so this is pretty much suitable for everyone other than very oily skin types! I will also mention that the product is dermatalogically tested and is not tested on animals. It's a winner in my books, and surprisingly affordable too at just £1.29 for 50ml, ranging up to a huge 500ml tub and is available from Superdrug, Boots etc. There is also a Light & Creamy version containing Aloe Vera and Vitamin E, aimed more towards sensitive skin types which I would definitely like to try!

Have you ever tried either of these Astral creams - What are your thoughts on it?

Although I'm still completely overwhelmed by the fact that something as pure and simple as a water based solution makes such easy work of removing make up (even the likes of stubborn mascara) I'm certainly no stranger to using Micellar Cleansing Waters. I know everyone in the blogging world has been raving about the newly released Garnier version, I decided to be a little different and opted to try out the New Nivea Sensitive Micellar Water. I'm a big fan of Nivea products, I incorporate Nivea Daily Essentials Face Scrub and Nivea Express Hydration Primer(my review here) into my daily skincare routine, and I find the products work really well for my skin type.

Micellar waters are usually suitable for most skin types because they are gentle, however this one from Nivea is specifically formulated for sensitive skin types. It is a very mild, but highly effective cleanser, which uses Micelle technology. By using the water on a cotton pad and swiped gently across the skin, the Micelle's work like a magnet to dirt and make up particles, but keep the water on the outside, so no need to rinse away afterwards!

The formula contains grape seed oil and dexpanthenol, which both work to moisturise and refresh the skin. It is also free from harmful parabens, colours and perfumes! It is described as 3 in 1, this is because it helps to protect against the three main signs of sensitive skin; redness, tightness and dryness! I would most definitely recommend this product to anyone, sensitive skin or not, and it's affordable too, at just £3.99 for 200ml. It's a really handy product to have, and makes real easy work of removing your make up, so no more excuses for going to bed with a face full of slap, especially if you're super lazy like me when it comes to skincare!

Are you a fan of Micellar waters? Which one would you recommend?

I was actually really excited to try out these pretty 3D Chinese Painting Blue Flower Nail Stickers(E141)* from Born Pretty Store, I was being a bit of a copy cat after seeing this image of how someone else had created a beautiful design with them! I tried to re-create something similar, I started off with a coat of OPI Nail Envy, then two coats of Barry M White Nail Paint. I then waited for these to dry a little before applying the stickers, I found the designs easy to work with and you can put one or several stickers on each nail depending on how much surface you want to cover. Even though I applied a coat of Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat to try and adhere everything together, sadly the stickers didn't want to "stick" and kept peeling up around the edges. So I applied a couple of these Dark Blue Crystal Rhinestone Gem Decorations* to finish off the design, then took a few photographs before sadly removing the design. I wouldn't have been able to put up with them peeling off! You can see that the design looks absolutely gorgeous from a little distance, and the colours are so pretty but unfortunately I was disappointed with these stickers - maybe I just wasn't using them correctly, has anyone else tried them and found a little knack to them?

I was very kindly offered something for review from IKRUSH, I've never heard of this website before, but I absolutely loved browsing their range of gorgeous dresses, and eventually decided on this pretty Fawn Floral Wrap Bodycon Dress* The colour is stunning, its a very bright turquoise blue, covered in a pretty neon floral print! The dress is bodycon style, and although made from stretchy material - it's a tight fit but I think it shows off my curves nicely! I love the fact that it has long sleeves, a V neck, and a wrap over gathered side, because it gives the dress a flattering & feminine look! In terms of styling, I added a contrasting hot pink clutch purse, along with some nude/pink high heels, as well as a gorgeous statement ring(all from Primark) and donned one of the new Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Pastels "Huckleberry" on my nails! My sister said this dress would be quite nice to wear to attend to a springtime wedding or special occasion? It could also be good for a girls night out, or if I swapped the heels for some canvas pumps, took my hair down and added a shoulder bag it would make a great casual daytime dress too!

Overall, I am totally in love with everything about this dress, the style, the colours, how it looks & fits! Perfect spring time floral dress! What do you think?

P.S I joined LOOKBOOK Today - I'm still familiarising myself with it at the moment, but it would be great if you could HYPE this look for me if you are a member :)
